We are unable to ship out of the United States.

Returns and Exchanges

A return or exchange may be granted if an issue arises within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please contact support@gildedwillowcollective.com where we will work to resolve the issue as best we can!

All returns or exchanges must have the original packaging and/or tags attached.

Depending on the cause of the return/exchange the customer may be subject to pay shipping costs. If the error was made on our end we are happy to cover the cost of shipping.

24 Hour Order Cancellation

A request for an order to be cancelled within 24 hours of which it had been placed will be granted and a refund will be issued back to the original payment method used.
